Having worked decades in DevOps we are ready for you to throw any challenge at us. If you are uncertain of where to begin we are ready for that too and will continually suggest areas of where we can improve your platform, helping you to prioritize what needs to be worked on.
We will typically work on projects, while also be available for troubleshooting and incident handling should the need arise. And example of a project could be to move application and system logs into a cloud provider for easy analysis, dashboards and alerting.

Step 1: Understanding your needs
Identifying your main issues, goals and where we can help.
We can work on Projects or AdHoc or both.
Step 2: Making a plan
We develop a specific work plan for reaching desired outcome of one, or several, of your main issues.
Step 3: Review
We review the plan together and decide on amount of hours per month to work on implementation.
If additional experts are needed we will tailor match you with one.
Step 4: Approval and kickoff
When you have approved the plan, we start work implementing the plan step by step.
We will hold weekly progress meetings and continous communication.
